The hotel has a brilliant location right on Calangute beach, offering a view of the sea with a lovely breeze. The rooms, however, varied in amenities and were ill-equipped with very old furniture. The service was generally good, but staff need improvement in customer interaction. The dining options were limited to mostly Indian dishes, and the facilities were basic.

The hotel had a superb location right in front of the beach and near the bustling Calangute and shopping market. The rooms were compact and could benefit from more lighting, especially in the superior sea-facing room we booked. The service was attentive and polite, with a variety of helpful amenities available. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a mix of Indian options and limited hot choices. Despite some shortcomings, the overall value for money was good.
